1. Promotional Contests and Giveaways (U.S. Campaigns)

These terms apply to all InstaService contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways open to U.S. participants. By entering, you agree to these terms and any campaign-specific Official Rules.

  1. 1.1 Overview

    Every now and again, InstaService offers contests, or giveaways ("Promotions"), like the "InstaService 2 Years" campaign. If you join in then you agree to these Terms and to any extra rules we post for a specific Promotion ("Official Rules"). If there's a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules are the final say.

  2. 1.2 Eligibility

    Promotions are open only to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your state), unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules.

  3. 1.3 How to Enter

    To join, you have to follow all the steps outlined for the Promotion, which can include:

    • Following InstaService's official social accounts
    • Posting your own original content that fits the campaign theme
    • Using required hashtags, like #InstaServiceTurns2 and dedicated contest hashtag mentioned
    • Tagging InstaService's account

    Make sure your entries follow the law and the rules of the platform you're using. InstaService can disqualify any entry that's incomplete, invalid, or doesn't follow the guidelines.

  4. 1.4 User Content and License

    If you send in any content ("User Content") for a Promotion, you promise it's original and doesn't break any laws or someone else's rights (like copyright, privacy, or publicity). By entering, you give InstaService a license forever, worldwide, for free; to use, share, change, or display your content in any media for ads or promotions, without asking you again or paying you (unless the law says otherwise).

  5. 1.5 Winner Selection and Odds

    Winners will be chosen based on the Official Rules, either by a set of skills (like creativity and originality) and engagement. Your chances depend on how many eligible entries come in. InstaService's decisions are final.

  6. 1.6 Prizes

    Prizes can include physical items like an iPad, digital rewards, or InstaService perks. Prizes can't be transferred, refunded, swapped, or cashed out, unless InstaService decides otherwise. InstaService can also replace a prize with something of equal or greater value. If you win, you're responsible for any taxes or extra costs.

  7. 1.7 Winner Notification and Verification

    Winners will hear from us by the method we list in the Promotion (like social media, email, or DM). If you don't reply or meet the requirements, we might have to pick someone else.

  8. 1.8 Publicity Release

    Unless the law says otherwise, if you win, you let InstaService use your name, image, social account handle, and anything you submitted for advertising or promotion, with no extra payment.

  9. 1.9 Disqualification

    InstaService can disqualify anyone who:

    • Breaks these Terms or the Official Rules
    • Submits false, misleading, or inappropriate content
    • Uses bots, automated tools, or cheats to join or sway the results

  10. 1.10 Platform Disclaimer

    InstaService Promotions aren't sponsored by or linked to Instagram or any other platform. By playing along, you agree those platforms aren't responsible for anything to do with the Promotion.

  11. 1.11 Limitation of Liability

    As much as the law allows, InstaService isn't responsible for:

    • Technical problems, errors, or issues with entering or taking part
    • Entries that get lost, turned in late, sent the wrong way, or are incomplete
    • Anything that happens to you or your stuff from participating or winning a prize
    • Any indirect or accidental damages

  12. 1.12 Changes or Cancellation

    InstaService can cancel, pause, or change a Promotion at any time, especially if there's cheating, tech problems, or anything else that messes up the Promotion or its fairness.
