You can reschedule with the same service expert at any time, even at the last minute. To switch to a different service expert, reschedule at least 1 hour before your booking at no extra cost. Cancellations are free up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Manage all changes in My Bookings.

Yes. Every service expert completes identity verification and a background check before they can accept bookings on InstaService. As a trusted home maintenance and repair company, your safety and peace of mind are always our top priorities.

Yes. Mark a service expert as a favorite and we'll try to assign them to your future bookings, depending on their availability.

Service experts bring the standard tools needed for the job. If special materials or replacement parts are needed, they'll tell you first and only go ahead with your approval. You can also note preferred materials when you book.

Open My Bookings in the InstaService app or on the website. From there you can track your booking, message or call your service expert, and reschedule or cancel.

Contact us within 24 hours of your service. We'll review what happened and, if the job wasn't completed as booked, arrange a re-service or a partial refund.
