Spin the Wheel Offer – Terms & Conditions

    The “Spin the Wheel” promotion (“Promotion”) is available exclusively through the InstaService mobile app.
  2. 2.
    Eligible customers may receive one Spin the Wheel opportunity after completing a qualifying service booking on InstaService.
  3. 3.
    To access the Promotion, customers must:
    • Download the InstaService mobile app
    • Log in using their registered InstaService account
    • Open the app within the eligibility period
  4. 4.
    The Spin the Wheel offer is available for a limited time after booking completion. If the customer does not open the InstaService app and access the completed booking within the eligibility period (typically within 7 days after booking completion), the Promotion may expire automatically and no longer appear in the app.
  5. 5.
    Eligibility for the Promotion is determined solely by InstaService and may vary by booking, customer, service type, geography, promotional campaign, or other factors.
  6. 6.
    Rewards available through the Spin the Wheel may vary and can include promotional wallet credits or other promotional offers determined by InstaService.
  7. 7.
    Any promotional credits earned through the Spin the Wheel Promotion will be automatically added to the customer’s InstaService wallet.
  8. 8.
    Promotional credits:
    • May be used toward eligible future InstaService bookings
    • Are non-transferable
    • Are not redeemable for cash
    • Cannot be refunded, exchanged, or sold
    • Have no cash or stored value outside the InstaService platform
  9. 9.
    Spin the Wheel promotional credits are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued unless otherwise specified within the app or promotion details.
  10. 10.
    Promotional credits may only be applied to eligible service charges and may not apply to taxes, tips, memberships, cancellation fees, platform fees, gift purchases, or other excluded charges where applicable.
  11. 11.
    Only one Spin the Wheel opportunity may be provided per eligible completed booking unless otherwise stated by InstaService.
  12. 12.
    Deleted, canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible bookings may not qualify for the Promotion.
  13. 13.
    InstaService reserves the right to limit, revoke, cancel, adjust, or recover promotional credits in cases involving suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, policy violations, payment disputes, or other misuse of the Promotion.
  14. 14.
    InstaService may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Promotion, reward amounts, eligibility criteria, validity periods, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  15. 15.
    Availability of the Promotion does not guarantee future availability for subsequent bookings or users.
  16. 16.
    By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and InstaService’s general Terms of Service and applicable policies.
  17. 17.
    InstaService’s decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, promotional credits, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
