At InstaService, we believe your home should be a haven, not a source of stress. Founded by husband-and-wife duoVenkatesh RagalaandMadhuri Kalahasti, InstaService was born out of their personal frustration with finding reliable, high-quality help for their 16 rental properties in the Bay Area. This shared challenge inspired them to build InstaService—a platform dedicated to transforming how home services are delivered.
About the Founders
Venkatesh, previously a Principal Design Verification Engineer at Broadcom, brings deep expertise in technology and problem-solving. He holds an undergraduate degree from BITS Pilani and is completing his MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Madhuri, formerly a Senior Principal Software Lead at Oracle, has extensive experience leading complex software solutions. She holds an MCA (Master’s in Computer Applications) from JNTU, Hyderabad, and her technical leadership has been instrumental in building InstaService's robust platform.
