    InstaService was founded in Cupertino, California, and launched its consumer app with on-demand handyman, plumbing, and house cleaning services. The platform expanded its home service offerings, introduced Request a Quote for larger home improvement projects, and launched the apps on Google Play and App Store.
  2. 2025Expansion
    InstaService reaches 23 US states. In October 2025, the company launched in Arizona and announced that it has completed thousands of bookings per month, with a company-reported 98 percent customer rebook rate.
  3. 2026Nationwide
    InstaService completed the expansion from 23 states to coverage across the United States, so homeowners in every state can book through the iOS app, Android app, or website. The same year, the company was accepted into the StartX Visiting Founders Program, launched Ask AI, strengthened its leadership and growth initiatives, and secured a $2 million media-for-equity investment.

Madhuri Kalahasti,
