No. We recommend being available at the start and end of the visit so you can give access and check the work. If you can't be there, add access instructions when you book and your service expert will follow them.

You can reschedule with the same service expert at any time, even at the last minute, if they agree to the new time. To switch to a different service expert, reschedule at least 1 hour before your booking at no extra cost.

You can cancel your booking for free until a Pro accepts the job. You can also cancel for free within 60 minutes of placing your booking.

Once a Pro accepts your booking, a $30 cancellation fee may apply if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.

Service experts bring the standard tools needed for the job. If special materials or replacement parts are needed, they'll tell you first and only go ahead with your approval. You can also note preferred materials when you book.

Open Projects in the InstaService app or on the website. From there you can track your booking, message or call your service expert, and reschedule or cancel.

Contact us within 24 hours of your service. We'll review what happened and, if the job wasn't completed as booked, arrange a re-service or a partial refund.
