- The service is hourly-based, and the time required depends on the size of your home, height, and setup complexity.
- If the job involves using a ladder or working on multiple floors, it will take more time as the provider needs to move and adjust the ladder for each section.
- For two-story homes or roofline installations (12–14 ft high), we recommend using the “Request for Quotes” option by uploading photos and details (length of lights, roof height, etc.) to get an upfront price estimate.
- Please ensure lights and materials are ready before the appointment.
Book hourly for small setups, or Request a Quote for larger, multi-floor installations to receive a fixed price in advance.

Service experts bring the standard tools needed for the job. If special materials or replacement parts are needed, they'll tell you first and only go ahead with your approval. You can also note preferred materials when you book.
